Rear Wiper Stripped

2007 FX-35...Ran my car through a car wash yesterday (I know, I know...I have flamed myself for this already)...

The rear wiper arm was forced straight down and appears to have stripped the assembly. When I turn on the wiper, I can see the motor turning back anf forth, but the blade does not move. Is there a bolt or set screw I can tighten?

I can not see how to access either and did not want to force anything until I ckecked with you experts.
 
The bottommost part of the wiper arm where it attaches to the glass has a plastic cover that is removable. Under is bolt you can remove to adjust it. Hopefully that will help it.
