when you guys ordered it (Winglet) did it come pre painted? I seem to find them mostly ready to paint and made of rubber.

Also the shortest one w/o the custom job is 40 inches. But a 43 inch would be cheaper. I know the DIY states 39 inch would be optimal. Can the longer ones work? maybe take a dremel to it?

Seems the guy who was selling them painted no longer does. A 40 should work fine, just a half an inch extra on each side, just make sure you prep the surface and heat the lip so it sticks well on the corners.
