Rear turn signals on 2nd gen FX

Hello, I have owned both 1st and 2nd gen FX's and I can honestly say the 2nd gen is a HUGE improvement except one thing: the rear turn signals are a step backwards compared to the 1st gen. Infiniti should have stayed with rear LED turn signals!
The question is, has anyone tried to rewire the rear turn signals to use the LED lights that are being used for break lights? I have installed LED bulbs for the turn signals but even though they are "120 High Powered Wide Angle SMT LEDS" they are just not bright enough.

Also CiNcity Designs is not an option, too expensive. I like their designs but they start at $700 and need your rear lights to get started.

Those are NICE, makes use of the decorative lights and adds style to to the turn signal.

I would much rather make the tails be the turn signal like the 1st gen, or have an LED strip inside the turn signal area....I hate halogen lights

A flexible LED light strip may fit without having to cut open the housing...

i asked them to do some changes before sending so its not exactly the set up they have in the video. I always try something different to stand out. As far as price goes might and might not be as pricey as Cincity but the quality sure as hell is better than them. lol

edmarin, what did you do with the side marker? it seemed white to me. similar to european/asian FX
