rear passenger window uninstallation

Im trying to take out the rear passenger window to get to my actuator, i had no problems with the front windows, i cant seem to fit the glass through the window frame for the rears.Do i have to remove the weather strip?If so, how do the do that?

Hmm... have not done it to the FX windows, but I have remove the weather seal around the windows on a Sienna to take the window glass out.

how hard is it to take out the seal ?
i have a problem with one of my two screws holding the window to the regulator.The screw got threaded and fell off the frame holding it to the regulator. Turning the screw either way does nothing.I tried drilling the screw out but seems like tougher metal then usual. I gonna take out the whole regulator tomorrow and see if that will be easier to the out the screw.
I dont know if my screw or the plastic white bolt frame got threaded. Where can i buy the window screws beside the dealership? thanks
