Rear DVD Disc Format Error ?

Hi, I have a 2005 fx.
I have a problem in the rear dvd player. After i enter the dvd disc, it keeps saying Disc Format Error. I have tried different type of original dvd and burned dvd. It can play burned and original audio cd but it can not play video formats. I'm living in a Europe but in my country Infiniti is usa version and we use Pal video format. May be due to this NTSC format problem ? If rear dvd player only play Ntsc format, what can i do for solve problem ?

If it truly is a PAL/NTSC issue, I think you may have to replace the unit.

same thing with my, I just stick 7" and some time 10" tablet on top of the oem screen with velcro, screen resolution is much better any way compare to stock.
don't wast money replace the unit unless its after market.
