Sticking calipers are easy enough to check, just lift the car and see if you can turn the wheels freely in neutral. But if it's happening while on the throttle, it's probably something else. As others have said, check wheel bearings and suspension components for wear. Or even the axles and driveshaft if it's happening while accelerating.
See if your parking brake is stuck as well. If you drive with it engaged, it will cause noise/vibration (I know from experience).
