I was changing out a fog light bulb on driver side and after removing the fender guard thing screws and prying it back, there was a random plastic guard piece Inside. I thought maybe it's a shield for tge fog light wires? I have no idea. There wasn't one on the other side but it may of just been removed. I'll take a picture of it when I get a chance
 
That piece looks like the separator that sits behind the bumper between the fog light and opening for where air goes to the radiator. It's to force air solely into the radiator preventing any water, salt, sand, etc from being pushed towards the fog light. It's held by one or two clips (those typical clips you see throughout the engine bay).

Thats very helpful, thanks. I'll have to check to see where the clips go. I think i'm missing the passengers side one. Prob have to get one at a junkyard for it
