Hi all, Most of you have probably seen the radiator brace Jumborules(Brad) installed on his awesome/amazing FX..He liked it so much, he has ordered the main strut to match as well.(Thank you so much) Glad u love it!

Like Jumbo said in his thread, the radiator bar reduces shake/vibrations in the front as well as stability and strenght..Not forgetting the looks when his hood is open.

Shipping like I might have mentioned is
50 USD (EMS) 3 to 5 days with tracking.
The two other options are 40 and 30 USD for 10 to 14 days and 3 weeks respectively.
Bars are on sale now for 199..
Any questions..PM me or ask Jumborules what an awesome piece it is as,you can see from his photos(Thanks Brad)
Rear matching strut is also available!
03 to 08 FX35/45..(1st Gen) ONLY
Trying to do a 2nd Gen radiator brace too!
Stay tuned for more news as it comes!

Huh? Which part would this be? And for 1st Gens I assume?

This is a lower engine bay brace that serves the same purpose as the STB but further forward in the engine bay. The SUV bay is pretty large and while the STB is good for suspension stability, the lower radiator bar tightens up the front end a bit more. So far my experience has been reduced shake and NVH, which alone was worth the purchase. But now I'm pushing the car a little harder and trying to tease out the particular advantages of the "radiator" (lower) bar. No doubt the two bars work together to improve the feel of the front end - either one stronger with the help of the second.

I was glad to see that the lower bar actually bolts to the chassis and not to that black front headlight framing/support.

Saw this before and really want to get one, but I need a little wiggle room in my finances first...

I was asking more about a "rear strut bar" wondering if he was talking about an STB or a if they actually produced a REAR STB... I know a lot o smaller performance cars have them available... Especially hatchbacks like the SUBARU's or GOLF GTI's...

A Rear STB on the FX would require cutting of the trunk plastics and floor, or removing them. Not sure it would be a popular mod for the usual FX enthusiast. Maybe with some creative cutting, a rear bar could be made to seem less obtrusive, but I'm not sure how much it would really help anyway?

Back when GTSpec released their STB about 10 years ago, everybody jumped on those. This is the first new offering I have seen for the first generation FX and if guys are into modding... this is a no-brainer. These braces are high quality, competitively priced, and I got each brace 4 days after ordering internationally!

The aftermarket for the first gen has slowed down but it's nice to know some vendors still consider development of this kind of thing. I hope the community responds by showing interest, otherwise the development will slow to a stop.

I have no affiliation with Dragonh or his company - I just like the product.

I think dragon is referring to a rear tie brace when he mentions rear matching brace

Sent from my SM-G935T

Yeah, I just want clarification on that... Or maybe he's calling it a rear brace cause it's behind the radiator brace?

He was definitely talking about the front STB as referenced behind behind the radiator brace. No doubt.

Any update on a STB for a gen2? :(

Hi, I have 2nd gen upper strut bars but after months of discussions, drawings and other stuff..it wont be poss to do a radiator brace for the second gen due to mounting point issues and flexibility.
One could be done but only for looks..would do Nothing for the chassic stability or strenghning of the front part of the engine bay..Would also need 10 orders to even start doing them.
