Hey guys the other day my car heat spiked up and was overheating. I burped it and it seems to be running normal now. However I had one concern. Is the fluid level at the radiator cap suppose to be full? All I see is a lot of bubbles and not any fluid and the reservoir tank is at max full.
Radiator fluid off?

The coolant level should be at the neck of the radiator cap opening. There had to be a small leaks somewhere for the do coolant to escape for your level to go down. The leak must be so small so it dries up before it can drips to the ground or bell pan. You want to look for white spots around the radiator and coolant hoses for the leak.
