Radiator Fan making excessive noise / on overdrive ??

My radiator fan has been making a ton of noise. I'm not sure if its a bad fan bearing or something, or if the radiator fan is just being run at full speed unnecessarily.

My car has never overheated or the needle even moving past half way..

Even just 20-30 seconds after a cold start... when the engine temp needle is still at cold, the radiator fans kick in and make a ton of noise.

I'm wondering if I just need to get the radiator fans replaced, or if I may have a faulty temp sensor (not related to the temp sensor reading on the dash?)

Anyone else experience this? I mean when I pull into my garage the fans are *ROARING*

They cycle from low speed to high speed (very loud) about 50% of the time during normal idling.

You might have a sticky fan relay or ac fan relay keeping it on at all times. Try spinning the fans by hand with the car off to see if any of them binds or has spinning restriction on it. That would indicate a bad fan bearing. Also an air pocket near the temperature sensor would keep them on all the time but woudnt overheat since they dont stop spinning.
