QX70 Display Screen & Dials Dead

Have a 2 month old '17 QX70. Been running great; day I picked it up, had Compustar alarm/remote start with Drone installed. Just came back from 10 day vacation and noticed the Drone app and compustar remote would not unlock or remote start car. Thought battery might be dead but the infiniti remote worked fine to unlock. Went to start and noticed that the center display console will not light up nor either of the dash dials (speedometer). All lighter sockets and interior lights are fine, AC is good and radio works; although hard to use without seeing anything on screen.

So everything is good except no display and no speedometer lights. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? In old days, would have tried resetting ECU but don't know how to do that nowadays with the push start (e.g. used to reset FX45 with ignition switch and break routine). Hoping to get into dealer this week to look at it. Can't imagine it's the alarm/remote start as everything has been fine for 2 months now. Any thoughts?

Turned out to be fuse: Key Slot. Took it to dealer and tech said there was no fuse issue and that he felt the alarm was somehow blocking half of the ignition system from working. Said the installation looked very professional (no strange splicing or tapping into the BCM) so did not think any permanent damage was done to car; felt part of the alarm/remote system stopped working. Asked 3 times if any fuse was an issue and told no repeatedly.

Took car to alarm dealer and they immediately found a blown fuse: the "Key Slot" fuse in driver side fuse box. Apparently that fuse controls all display/navation console lights, including inside turn signal indicators, and knocks out OBD port; as well as remote/alarm. Everything else in car worked fine. They replaced fuse and all was good. Checking over system, they saw no issues. The leading theories are either the alarm was repeatedly triggered while gone those 9 days and caused a voltage spike, OR something to do with the alarm being active and draining power over 9 days at same time I also had a 24/7 GPS/diagnostic tool (Automatic Pro) plugged into OBD port with both continuing to pull power on the same fuse system. They recommended in future to put alarm in Valet mode when gone for longer periods of time to prevent it from continuing to drain system.

I read in infiniti manual that using OBD port for things like Progressive Snapshot are not intended and can have adverse effects on system. So not sure if that was actually primary issue or not. Checking with Automatic Pro, they advised all infiniti cars are compatible with their system.

For now, will stock up on extra fuses just in case and just run alarm/remote for awhile to see how things go before deciding whether to try the OBD GPS tracker again. Anyone heard of issues with OBD devices like this or Snapshot?

Thanks again for the sound advice!
