Qx70 2016 around view problem

Hi, I just bought a used qx70 2016 but the around view doesn't work when I put the car in reverse or if I press the button camera nothing happens, but sometimes works when I put the car in reverse for a couple seconds then turns blue screen but most of the time nothing, when I use the self diagnosis I get everything connected to the control unit in green line except the around view is in yellow line.

Today it turned on when I put it in reverse, and then the back camera started getting blue the rest cameras were okey then everything turned blue, I disconnected the back camera, nothing changed on the screen still doesn't turn on in reverse or using the camera button, but the tailgate got fixed !!!!!! The tailgate used to open and close immediately and was hard to open and close manually, the tailgate had to with the camera or some wires were stuck making hard to open and close, I'll reconnect the camera tomorrow and see if the tailgate stays fixed then it was a wire stuck if it gets hard to open then it has to do with camera

I don't know what the cause of the problem is, but I think I can provide some clues.

The blue screen issue typically occurs when the AVM system isn’t receiving the correct input from one or more of the cameras. Since the system only sometimes works and gives you a blue screen, there may be an intermittent connection problem, such as a loose or damaged wire, especially around the rear camera.

A yellow line in the self diagnosis menu means that there is a connection malfunction. While "Green" means normal connection and "Red" means Unit malfunction.

I think it probably has to do something with a bad connection/wiring, try inspecting the wires and see if there is any visible damage.

Awesome thanks a lot for the reply, I'll check the wiring from the rear camera like you said, yesterday the camera turned on when I put the car on reverse and turned blue again while the rear camera was disconnected, so I think it's the wiring from the rear camera like you said, thank you so much for the reply it helped a lot
