Nice! What modifications have you done so far?

-Full LED lightning+"Laser" assist lights, Increased LED Output Osram Swapped OEM Fogs, Escort Max 360,Akebono BBK,BERK HFC,MOTORDYNE 370 Manifold, Custom CAI 3.5", Hotchkis Sport Sway Bars, Strut bar, Custom Exhaust ,ECUTEK TUNED, Oil Catch Cans, Max Bore throttle bodies, Paddle Shifters, Throttle Body Spacers, Rotary Forged Wheels, Grounding kit, Spare Tire Subwoofer just to name a few :).

That's awesome. Were you able to get the dyno numbers for your engine mods? I'm trying to get a better understanding of the engine modifications and see if this is the route I want to go with. Do you know if those modifications helped you gain better mid range power in the rpms?

I did have a dyno sheet with some mods, but need to locate it.
For vq37 engines good exhaust/test pipes, long tube intake and a tune will bring biggest gains.
My Qx50 pulls like a freight train at upper midrange, the goal was fat midrange torque. Anything above 2000rpms feels so much better compared to stock. It all depends how much money you have to spend for mods...

Right on for the information.
My initial goal was to gain power/torque as I'm on the highway trying to pass cars to get up to speed/merge. Due to the weight of the QX70, I feel it was really lacking from 50 to about 90mph when I'm either in 3rd or 4th.
I figured you might have an idea since you changed the intake manifold and I remember reading that it helped alot when it came to low to mid range rpm compared to high.
I don't race so top end isn't my goal, but getting that torque and having enough power to pass cars from 60 to about 100 at a ease would be ideal.

Intake, exhaust needs to be addressed first before changing manifold. manifold by itself will not give big gains. So my recommendations is to start with exhaust/cats/intake first

Yea thats true. I think the stock intakes I have on the car should be good for now..
I have the invidia cat back.
Guess all i need to purchase is the FI RHFC, Manifold and tune and will see from there. thanks again for your input!

invidia is just a sound, not too much gains, it was proven on dyno. And i dont like crossover on this exhaust. Y pipe is proven to be best crossover for gas scavenging.
(FYI i Have QX70/FX37 ArkGrip exhaust for sale in Chicago area, few months old. 2000 miles on it...)
Stock intakes are not bad, better than any short arms. But long tubes are on another level, it increases torque down low too.
FI used to use Magnaflow cats core on RHFC. In my opinion they are one of the worst cat cores on the market. I am currently on second set Berk cats and they are using same cat cores.
I have Acura MDX ( it is modified tuned etc) with same Magnaflows. And I am on 2nd set too
Actually I had to cut open my exhaust to retrieve core which was stuck in the middle:
