Quiet plenum spacer 5/16

Hello. Is there a quiet plenum spacer 5/16 for my infiniti fx35 2007 VQ35DE? I asked the AI and it said there is such a thing as a quiet plenum spacer that does not make the intake noise. I have a completely quiet car, perfectly quiet exhaust, but I am tempted to install a plenum spacer 5/16. I already have a throttle spacer and bought a smooth one without weird cuts and it is very quiet. Now I would like to find a quiet plenum spacer as well. Is this even possible? If so, please send me a link to buy it.

Only thing that made my car louder was the cai I had. Plenum spacer didn't add any noticeable sound. Don't know anything about the blox
