Quick help needed-PS Pump Pulley

Finally ordered a ps pump. Came with no pulley. My mechanic said he can't get the pulley off and all the ones he checked on for Infiniti come with the pulley on it already

1 is that accurate?
2how can I remove this pulley and put in on the new pump?
 
It doesn't have a lip to grab. We tried one

Tried the 2 finger pulled tool through the holes on front as well

Front of pulley is smooth. Nothing to grab. The guy helping me is a mechanic. He has that tool. Not working
 
there should be a lip right at the center, right where the shaft inserts... should be around the size of a quarter or so, all pulleys like this should have it..
 
wow, your right, no lip at all... that sucks.... only way then is to pull from the holes I guess... either that or what? get a pump from the dealer with the pulley? sucks man, sorry
 
We tried to pull from holes and it started to bend. If I buy a new pump. And a new pulley will that be all I need to put it together? Pump 220. Pulley 91. Pump with pulley 400+
 
well there's another tool to install the pulley, a special bolt thing with a bearing... but other than that yeah, you should be fine with a new pump & pulley.
