Purchasing '06 FX35, need 2nd intelligent key and 1 TPMS sensor

I'm purchasing a 2006 FX35 AWD tomorrow and the first issues I've identified are that it only has 1 key, and also the TPMS symbol is on at all times and shows a tire as ** when it actually has full air.

Where is the best place to purchase a new intelligent key and TPMS sensor besides the dealer?

I'd like to have the sensor installed at my tire shop, then go up with the key and have them program both. What is the typical charge for this?

Seems like a great car w/ 81k miles and a clean autocheck and carfax. Any recommedations on last minute things to check for?

I only got one key with my FX also, so I researched a few places. I've got this one bookmarked - link, which seems pretty reasonable.

Don't know about the TPMS....but any tire place (Discount, etc) would be able to replace for a few bucks...plus labor unless you're getting other stuff done.

"turbocad6" has a set of new TMPS in his office, last I heard he was selling. You can pm him directly eventho your post count is low.

I gave a spare i-key, I can send you more info if you are interested.
 
You can also try buying some tmps on eBay I bought some orange electronic for $140 for all four brand new and they work fine.

Thanks, that's much cheaper than the dealer. I think I saw one of their ads on eBay when I looked the other day and found that FCC #.
