That is a real pain, just not her lucky day! That was clearly a cop with nothing better to do. I am born and raised in CA and now live in SLC (as of 5 months ago). I:
1. Have NEVER had a front plate (that I can remember)
2. Have smoked license plate cover on my last 5 cars at least
3. Always had front tint
Knock on wood.....I have never received a ticket for any of them.

Wow that was some pulled over Jason and not to mention you're moving in 10 days. I better dust of my front plate and put it back on. Man all this time we have not had the chance to say hello face to face and you're about to move away. If you have a chance and feels like a quick hello.
