Love this car used to run great but has been acting up for a while and can use some advice on how to approach/solve some electrical problems I am having. My battery keeps dying. It used to only happen if if I used the radio or put the heat/AC on while driving. now I have to charge it up every day before work even if I don’t touch the radio or any other buttons in the control panel on the center console. Worth noting is the radio is from the original owner and has never been replaced. And now today I went to put the charger on the battery and instantly it started acting like the panic button was hit with the horn going off repeatedly once power was applied. I managed to get the horn to shut off by pulling the anti theft fuse. I also pulled the audio and speaker fuse while I was at it figured it would be a good move. But then when I applied the battery charger I herd my headlight relays going on and of repeatedly and the only way I could get them to stop clicking was to pull them now only my fog lights come on obviously the head light won’t go on without the relays installed. Has anyone ever seen or experienced anything like this before? The car is a 2003 i35 and I would like to make it dependable again. Thanks for any help or advice anyone may have for me
Jim.
