Problem with my center dash and my tail light not working..

hey guys i am having a problem where my center dash and my tail lights are not working. Even the clock lights are out. I checked all the fuse but they seem fine.. can anyone help.. thanks..
 
It is definitely a fuse - I had this same issue a couple years ago. There is another fuse box located behind the battery - did you check that one as well? You have to remove the plastic battery enclosure parts. I think I remember this is a 10A fuse.

Also, just for future help, I replaced all my OEM fuses with the smartfuse - one that glows red when it has been blown. They are not expensive and SO much easier than the fuses you have to pull and look at to know they are blown.

Personal thank you to jumbosrule and Dr.2k. Just discovered the elusive fuse box behind the battery which i could not discover last night. I can't believe how one fuse oversee various components. Once again, thank you jumbosrule + Dr.2k.
 
Where is this fuse box behind the battery, all I see is 2 boxes , from my point of view , The battery, below is a fuse box and left of the battery is another box but they are not fuse , I think just a relay
 
you have to remove the battery cover completely; not just the access door in order to see the IPDM "third fuse box".
