overall my car's conditions are good and i think alignment is ok too....
but when i am driving around 1-20 mile on a small bumpy roads and as i come to
a stop the steering wheel makes a sharp turn by it self maybe 15-20 degrees...
left or right depending on... what could this be? tie rod? stabilizer ? help please...
thank you in advance...

if that happens while driving also not only when i am stopping then what can it be
i think it happens when i am just driving too... now that i think of it... hmmmm I will pay mor attention and report back

also sticking calipers may cause this, or one side of your rotors thinner then the other..

Have you tryed this fix?

Id say if this were a real problem you may have bad tie rods or warped rotors BUT you would know if your rotors were warped when slowing down from highway speeds. Chances are its basic physics, uneven road and suspension moving shifting weight to front of the vehicle. I wouldnt worry too much rotors are no biggy and if it is the tie rods you will have slight vibration at higher speeds and see a wear line on the inside or outside of your tires.

Im willing to bet its new car paranoia

also check your tire pressure, one time a mechanic inflated 40psi all around, my steering wheel was everywhere. I like to leave the pressures at 35

ok i was at buncha mechanics/ shops today..... while i was getting the gear
changed for my power seat assy (thanks to the forums).... We had the chance to
put the car up on lift.... the sway bar looked goood but they told me the shock may be bad so i will try the shock
also when i am driving i can feel the road vibration in my floor panel and acc/brake pads.... hmmmm could shocks contribute to this problem? they check the wheel bearing and was fine but i can also kinda hear or feel the driver side tire against the road... is this normal/?

you've got a serious case of new car paranoia. good news is its treatable. its not the shock, its the road and braking. uneven roads dont match up with braking, esp if your rotors are going bad. not a big deal! what tires are you running? the different amount of tread and size contribute to road noise and vibration. summer tires = smooth and quiet. all weather= medium road sound. winter tires= loud, sometimes mistaken for a bad bearing.

Relax and enjoy your new ride!

i actually have the same problem, after my rack and pinion adjustment 7mnths ago, it stopped about 90% on bad roads while trying to come to a stop. But after my rack failure, its back, i also have front rotor warpage, doesnt help at all!...
