Preventive maintenance check

I bought my Qx80 last january. Returned to dealership for 1000kms check last May. Now I’ve only used barely 6,000kms. They called the other day asking me to bring it for 10,000kms check since it’s been 6mos. Should I bring it back eventhough I haven’t clocked in 10,000kms yet? I’m using it at least 4-5times a week but only for a short distance. Do I require to go for maintenance check or oil change every 6mos eventhough the mileage is still far from 10,000kms? Thank you.
 
You should still change the oil, but don't let them trick you into any other "maintenance"... Short trips are actually the hardest on the engine and motor oil, and the oil should be changed at least every 6 months cause it still breaks down whether you drive it or not...
