I recently changed all spark plugs for 2003 FX45 with about 162,000 miles. Used auto lite platinum plugs from autozone and coated plugs with anti-seize.
Almost instantly after first drive noticed a delay in the acceleration. It's almost like it will hit a certain rev then hesitate and then all the power surges at once usually in 2nd gear.:eek.:
It doesn't happen all the time usually when the motor is warming up but after a reaching operation temp you can start to notice the delay.
My question is did I mess up with choosing autolite plugs or did I not install them properly?
For context everything else is working fine even tried doing the pedal dance for ecu reset.
Any help on where I should start would be awesome!
