Power adapters stopped working after new battery

After getting a new battery installed from dealer last week, I noticed two of my four 12v power adapters stopped working in my 07 fx. The front power socket below the clock and rear cargo area power sockets are working but the center console and rear seat adapters are not working. I checked fuses for these in passenger compartment and they are fine.

Do you think the issue is related to the installation of new battery ?

Are there any other fuses I should check ?

Update: Dealer said that problem is not related to installation of new battery and also looked the fuses and all fuses are fine. I have a USASpec Ipod interface and he said that could have caused an issue. The diagnosis fee is $125+, so I am going to wait on this one.

Out of 4 power sockets the two in the middle(Center console and rear seat) are not working. Anybody dealt with these issue before?

Also need to spend money on rims refinishing, some carwash sprayed acid cleaner on my wheels and the clear coat is eaten by the cleaner.
