Plenum spacer & emissions?

I am thinking about getting the Motordyne spacer for my fx and with the new Smog Cams on the freeways would this be a mod I should re-think? I do not want a $300 mod to turn into more $$$ spent down the road. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance!

I can pretty much guarantee you that it will not cause an issue with emissions. I am, however, not liable for any fees you may incur

Contact Tony @ Motordyne for his word. He's very easy to get a hold of.

+1 with Cube.....All its doin is giving more space - And I've driven by the Smog Cams a bunch of times with my MD Spacer on - no notices in the mail yet......(knocking on wood)

I think most here would go with motordyne and their excellent quality and service.
Yup, there's no real advantage over AAM besides maybe price. The AAM wasn't as extensively reviewed by customers as the MD has. The MD has a ton of praise and actual real life dyno gains where people back up Tony @ MD's claims by performing their own dynos to see what they're getting, both NA and FI.

I'd also stick with the Motordyne spacer. top notch customer service and a great product with proven results.

+1 thats why I went with the MD also - plus I got a good deal on a group buy on another VQ site
