Passenger window stopped working

So my passenger window switch stopped lowering the window, but it works for raising the window (strange). A few days ago it stopped working after it got wet because a little bit of water got on it from the rain I believe. Im wondering if anybody has had any issues like this or or maybe has any suggestions that could save me a trip to the dealer. Thanks

Forgot to mention that its the switch on the drivers side door. The switch on the passenger side works fine.

It's just the switchgear going bad. Replaceable under warranty. In my old 2004, on the driver door too, it would lower one rear window like normal but would not go up. I had to use the rear switch to get it back up. So get the driver door switch replaced.

I notice my passenger side window acts up too but it started happening after I had the windows tinted 2 years ago. Rolling it down it rolls down fast. But if I roll it back up it takes forever to roll back up almost like the tint is slowing it down. It does roll back up, but it does it very slowly compared to the driver side window.

That's absolutely right. I have noticed the same thing as well after tinting.

I haven't had this issue...maybe some sticky residue is left on the tint or in the door panel between the rubber when the window glides....they use a real sticky soapy substance when applying the tint and it runs all down the window rubber pieces typically and some shops it's much more sticky than others that are more water based. I would open up the door panel and try cleaning it and see if that helps, especially since it's only happening on one side.
