Passenger seat heater not working

I have not began diagnosing the problem yet so I can not answer the simple questions such as whether a fuse has blown or something is unplugged. Nevertheless, it seems the passenger seat heater in my 2007 FX35 is not working. The drivers side seat heater does work. When the passenger side high and low settings are selected the indicator light turns on (This makes me think it's not a blown fuse).

Has anyone else had this problem? What was the solution to correct it? Where is the plug that powers and controls the passenger seat heater?
