Painting over Powder Coat

I have powder coated wheels, and they gave me some extra paint for touch-up, so probably so. Hope that helps a little.
 
Ya. It wount make a difference that it is PC. If you want you can powersand it down but your good anyway you go.
 
it's better to strip, but yes you can, probably best to use a primer/sealer if painting, clearcoat is harder to say what would be compatible directly over the pc, might need a test spot... adhesion is a bit more difficult on powdercoat & usually needs to be sanded well, too much to just be cleared I think, if you just wet sanded it with like 1,000 & cleared it it would probably work but would chip really easy

it's always better to remove it though if you can
