Paint the wheels & brake calipers

Hello Guys!

I own Infiniti FX35 - Model 2009 - Midnight mocha color - with Aero Kit installed.
I would like to paint the 20 inch Alloy Wheels with (smoke silver color) and the brake claipers with (red color).
Do you think it will look great? if not. what do you reccomend me to do ?

yes, as far as i can imagine, the color combo is good. other colors for calipers that i can think of with silver wheels are black and yellow..

Congrats on the FX, nice color choice. I think the smoke silver wheels will look good with your color combination.

I painted my stock 20'' rims Black and it looks really good. I was thinking of painting my Calipers too but dont know how it would look. I would think that it would. If you do please post pics!!!

Hello,

I have a silver 09 and I painted the right side calipers red. I was planning on doing them all, but after I finished, i think the red looks a bit cheap on the stock calipers. I have a red RX7 and the calipers are red and it looks great, but the colors didn't come off very well with the silver color. My opinion only.

Now I need to repaint. I'm thinking Silver, Grey or Black. Does anyone have a pic of their calipers in those colors?

I painted all four calipers and all the brackets on my 09 using G2 silver paint from R1concepts. Came out really good because I took my time with it and looks better than the factory faded paint that was on there. Ill post some pics up later of how they look. But silver in my opinion is a clean look and nothing too flashy.
