It's just too bad there are never any other FX's there.

Good eye.
Yep thats a new Chevy Volt that was brought up from Michigan to the cruise. GM usually sends a few of it's newer models on the run.

It's $2 for each time on the track (3 laps each time) and NOTE: this is in Ontario, Canada
