Oil Leak (Dipstick Area?)

Was changing my oil and filter today and noticed that it looks like I have small oil leak. Anybody else have this problem on the VK45DE or know what it could possibly be coming from?

Ended up being extra oil from the previous oil filter change that was blown around by the fan.

I guess when I removed the filter oil would drain into the little metal pan that is shown by the red arrow. Over time the oil would somehow get blown up and around the yellow square area. I am just going to keep and eye on it and bring it back to the dealer if I notice the oil returns.
