NYC Area Infiniti Dealer Suggestions

Now 5 months out from the end of my FX35 lease and I find that my trusted salesman Kenny Chan is no longer at Massapequa Infiniti. He's been my connection for 2 leases and has been terrific to deal with throughout. Well worth the 40 minute drive from the city to his (former) dealership since I have to say that there service department was top notch (of course with an FX "service" was pretty much only fluid changes). Already called the dealer to open the discussion with a new salesperson and, of course, he hasn't gotten back to me. How these people manage to develop business when they simply drop the ball with an existing customer is amazing to me!

Anyway, can anyone recommend another dealer ... or even an alternative salesman at Massapequa Infiniti who will return calls? Thanks!
 
I've had great experiences with Ray Catena Infiniti in Edison, NJ - right outside of NYC
 
Hey fellas/gals. Saw this post from a while back and just wanted to add to it since I had such an amazing experience with my dealership. If anyone in the NY/NJ/CT area is looking to buy/lease a new Infiniti, you HAVE TO reach out to my salesman Jason Hoefel at Ray Catena Infiniti. He is the most forward, honest, hard-working guy. When lease rates aren't good, he will literally tell you "hold off, they stink now. They'll get better." We got our FX35 LE from him and hope to get an FX50S from him in the near future as well. I have zero affiliation with the dealership or Jason. He's just a cool dude willing to get his customers great deals. Do it. Ha!

Which ray catena infiniti? Ive had nothing but great experiences from the one on rt 1 that's sandwiched between the ray catena porsche and benz dealerships. Only took 30 mins start to finish to buy my fx there at a great deal (5k off msrp) and warrantied a ton of items no questions asked.
