1. Dead battery after a month of being garaged - $300
Changed battery with neighbor and he accidentally put battery in reverse, shorted out fusible link.
Result - Replaced battery and fusible link, - car started, but not in all cylinders.
2. Squirrels chewed out 2 of the fuel injector harness, Nissan dealership replaced it, car started fine. - $1000.00
Came back from dealer - i did not check headlights or trunk etc, as their final document indicated they checked everything, guess wasn't true.
Result - Car starts and runs fine but No Headlights and trunk not opening.
3. Dealership found missing fuse for trunk and headlights - $180.00
I checked everything except the radio and now speakers are not working.
Result - no speakers
q1. is this how dealerships work, each fix leading to the next issue ?
q2 - any recommendations on fix.
check fuse - Is this fuse behind the battery ?
