Nissan OEM IPOD install

It looks like it was posted originally thru photo bucket. They are not available anymore. The original person would have to re-post them. It would help a lot of people if they can put them back up, including myself. I am going for the OEM setup. I hope it charges my iPods and iPhone too.
 
I guess this thread is so outdated no one wants to update the information. The pictures would be nice, if the original thread starter can get them back up. So we are going have to get that information elsewhere.

these post have been helpful for to figure out an idea I have been working on. I am trying to figure out how to add a usb port to my 2004 fx35. The only thing is... After tearing apart my dash a digging around I can see that I have all the wiring harnesses but I can't find the DVD harness under the center console. It sounds like I may need to dig around more but I literally took everything apart and could not even see what it could be hiding under. My next thought would either be to tap in directly at the HU through the DVD or SAT connectors. I see that I will most likely need a Turbo 1 for volume boost but am hoping to do without. I also know that I will need a fuse attachment so the power can be regulated. What I cannot find though is the schematics for the DVD or SAT wiring. Can anyone help with the DVD or SAT wiring diagram? I will take plenty of pictures if anyone would like to see how it works out for me.
 
Reviving an old thread. Anyone here is using the oem IPOD gateway unit with the 3rd or 4th gen iPod Touch? If so, able to charge while playing music? I'm looking to replace my older iPod mini in the near future.
