After waiting for the right price eather new or used I got the Nismo exhaust. Thanks to Rookie for the link-->Nismo Exhausts for $750!!!! (limited time only) - MY350Z.COM Forums $750.+tax= $811. out the door.

One piece WCNissan didn't have was the G35 extension so I would be able to get this installed. To make a long story short, performance Nissan had the part but I was in west LA buy the time I knew this. So Dave's guy did things his way AAA muffler, these guys are pro's. I kind of lost it when I seen one guy take the mid-pipe and cut it with a saw. Dave said I should have saw my face when I saw them doing this. But them being professional exhaust specialist assured me that this was gonna be better then having a G35 pipe to extend. So now I have a complete mid-pipe from the Y to the can. It actually worked out purdy well. Extended the tips from the can also. $350 total, I'm Happy:biggrin:

I have to thank Dave big time for helping out today. He cooled things down after my brand new Nismo being cut. I "love" this exhaust note and I didn't feel any loss of torque, which I was holding my breath on. Yes Dave had his camera and took pic's.....of the install.

real cool and a great price!! I thought I mention to you that WC Nissan was out of the extention and Performance Nissan had them? Anyways it probly turn out better for you anyways with a single piece mid-pipe.

Side note, is it me or do other have a muffler slightly lower on one side? Maybe I need new muffler hangers.

I wish I would have caught that. I would have drove to performance from WC. Oh well thanks for looking out for me. :top:

My oem muffler never showed any sagging to one side.

cool, I think custom welding is better than extra flanges bolted or unecissary extra clamps... I can't wait to get my whole exhaust tig welded & get rid of all the clamps on my exhaust.

Was able to experience the NISMO massacre today. Poor Gil . . he almost lost it

Mandrel Bender . . this shop has the shit
One side is the chop shop with crinkle bends for Older Hondas & ghetto Ford Focus's,
The other side is the pro shop with this beautiful 100K bender
STAINLESS Doc!

Looks beautiful guys! Looks like the shop did an excellent job. But $350.00 is a bit much but I guess you can't complain if your going SS. Anyways Gil, congrats and have fun with your new toy!

:laugh::laugh:

Looks good Gil .. to this day, I still love the way my Nismo sounds.
When some of us guys got together I would always hear the guys with the Nismo drive up or I would wait and carefully listen as they drove off. I have always loved the sound.

IMO, 350 is not a bad price.
Includes removal of old plumbing, install of new. Cutting of Mid & new extension bend & weld . . cut & grind of can & new extensions bend & weld with a new flange, oodles of measuring & getting it right . .. it's really a shit-load of work. I guess one could look at it this way; . . . you save 60 bucks by not needing the extension, & WC Nissan charges 100 for install. Therefore, the end charge for the mods is 190. That's just the way I see it. It is what it is, for a non-hack job, & it looks soooo tight when it's all done.

For those interested interested, contact Pepe, tell him you're from InfinitiScene, & he'll hook you up.

Beleave me I was not to enthused about the cost at first but after seeing how much work these guys did (close to 3hrs) and how professional it came out I have no second thoughts about spending the cash. Also as Pepe first told me "we use all stainless steel were others cut cost with aluminum".
