Hello all. Recently got a 2006 M45 and love it. One thing I have is it is really difficult to find ways to upgrade performance other than intakes and exhausts. Are there any M45 tuners out there?

As for the M45 exhaust & stock air filter has been best, even better after an Uprev tune is done.
I haven't seen an aftermarket air filter system that will give you any gains with out a tune.

Welcome to the site! Intake, exhaust, and UpRev will be your best bet for starters, but there's more to be had depending on budget .

Welcome. You'll likely see a number of VK45 upgrades pop up on this site. There's not a lot of direct bolt ons out of a catalog, but there is engenuity here.
