New winter tire+wheel setup

Just came in, 18" Drag Racing with Falken Eurowinter HS439. Can't wait to put them on in a month or so. Weather is still pretty nice around here.

Are those 18x 7 or 18x8?

These are 18x7.5s. Yeah, should go pretty well with my red FX. Kinda wishing for snow now, lol.

By the way, this is probably a newbie question. Will stock lug nuts fit these wheels or do I have to buy aftermarket lugs?
