flush is kind of hard to say absolute & precise. it can also depend on how low you go, as you lower the front the wheel kind of retracts into the wheelwell a bit, as you lower the rear the top can camber in a whole lot too,typically requiring having to pull the lower suspension arms in for camber correction which will also pull the wheels in quite a bit. all this affects what "flush" is, what's flush at stock hieght is not the same as what's flush when your lowered a lot. if you have thoughts of lowering a lot that needs to be accounted for in your wheel selection really, & to go very low you can't be 100% flush or your going to scrape the tires on the body on a regular basis... there really is no one magic number that is going to be absolutely correct under all circumstances. if your just going to do a set of H&R's or even Eibachs just stock out of the box is one thing, but if you have thoughts of agressive lowering it changes quite a bit really...
