Hello everyone,
I bought a 2003 Fx45 about a year ago and have been absolutely loving it.
Just hit 202,000 miles on it and it runs and drives amazingly. The previous owners have all taken great care of it - and it even has a good dash!
I live in South Central Utah surrounded by amazing roads (I live on Utah scenic byway 12) - canyons and mountains- and my fx cuts the canyons and takes the steep grades like no one’s business.
I’ve done a few small repairs myself - idler pulley, alternator replacement, brakes and rotors, swapping in bc racing coil overs and dropping the stance about 1 1/2”, as well as all of the general maintenance.
Seems to be the exact car I needed to have spirited highway driving and be able to take some of our side roads, dirt driveways, and deal with winter snow.
I’m an artist (‘abstract’ and surrealist painting mostly), musician, and run maintenance and grounds keeping at a local lodge.
