new fog ligts

sorry if this has already been brought up which im sure it has...anyways i just got in the mail my new fog lights. i dont wanna/cant waste money at a shop to have em put in so i was hoping someone could help me out. i have pasted a link to the lights below. thanks...

You will have to remove the bumper to replace the the fog light housing. One that is removed it is just plug and play but you will have to add separate power lines for the led halo rings. The bulb for the projector can be the normal halogen type or you can replace that with a HID kit if you wish.
