Need tires for stock 20" Help

Hey there guys and gals.
I searched many threads of tires on the board. I want to ask what are the pros and cons of the tires such as ride noise, stiffness, grip, wet-grip, and durability.
My driving style is "Spirited". I want to have the best dry grip without compromising noise. I live in FLORIDA so the summer is 70% RAIN and heavy rain. Wet control is a must. I have some questions like do the W rated tires wear out faster, are nosier...etc? I know that you can have all but here is my percentage of importance.
Dry traction (30%)
Wet traction (25%)
Ride Quality (10%) (smoother is better but not as important)
Noise (20%) (please admit if the tire is noisier than stock Goodyear)
Durability (15%) (want them for at least 25K)
I am finally going to replace those stupid Goodyear tires.

Here are the choices I narrowed down to.
 Toyo Proxes II 111V (probably what i am interested in but little is known)
General Grabber uhp 111V
Yokohama Prada Spec-X 111V
Nitto NT420S 111V
Hankook Ventus ST RH06 112W (is it noisy, and durable in life?)

any others please comment but these I think are the top list.
these tires are priced $140-170 which is nice for 20" tires.
 
I have the Yoko Pradas.....But I live in Socal so its mostly dry here.
I dont really notice any road noise, but that can be cuz my car is so loud.
I think they are ok tires, I would buy them again (maybe in a different size).
But I am interested in the Toyos as my next tires.
