need rims & tire help

hey..im thinking about buying these rims need to findout what kinda tires will fit these rims and how wide of a rim i can use and also if there is a possibility going with 24" wheels...

the rims im looking at are on rimslegend
model. Versante 219 RWD Black Diamond Cut 10Spokes
