Need help

Hey Andy here are pics of that wheel bearing, hope u can see where I'm talking about... I'm actually don't think the material is rubber that came of some thin metal or something... The last pic of the assembly has a little of the material on top of it.... So far fx working like new, wat u think Andy??

Thanks for the pics Jonathon, I don't remember how deep the ABS sensor stick pass the slot on the hub bearing, maybe the break in the ring just enough to trip the sensor. Glad is was an easy fix.

I know this post is old, but wondering if you recall what brand of wheel bearing did you replace it with? Or for that matter what brands would anyone recommend? I may need to replace my front wheel bearing which I'm not pleased about. i just replaced the same bearing a couple of years ago with a Timken brand. Hard to imagine it failing so soon. I'm hearing a noise that I've heard before when it was replaced.
