Need help with wheel/tire sizing

Hello all! First time posting and first time buying aftermarket wheels so I'm still unsure about the whole process and would appreciate some feed back on what I'm considering doing.

First off my goal is to achieve a fairly flush to slight inset look, no wheel rub and full turning radius without any wheel rub up front either. I've researched out what I can dealing with sizes on everything and from what I can gather I should be able to achieve this fairly well with this setup.

I'm looking to run TSW Nurburing wheels, 20x10 in the back, 20x8.5 in the front (due to no bolt pattern in the 20x9). Both with a +40 offset.
I'm wanting to pair those with 274/40ZR20 - 245/40ZR20 - Continental ExtremeContact DW tires.

Any feed back and suggestions is welcomed. Thank!

If running lowering springs or stock height you will get no rubbing with those wheels. I am running 22x10.5 +40 all around on lowering springs and i get no rubbing. My tires are 22/35/285 all around

The differences in the 2012 vs the 07 wouldn't change that much? If that's the case should I just skip the stagger? I was mostly going with the stagger to not run into issues with the rubbing while turning. Though I guess it's a slightly cheaper set-up and possibly better looking.

you wont run into issues with the 20x10 squared setup. you will almost never rub at stock height. if it were me i would go 10.5 all around but thats up to you. and squared will handle better for sure. amd +40 offset with a 20x10 will not be to flush in the back and kind of sunken in the front. not very noticable at stock height anyways.

Don't get 8.5" front wheels. Just get 10" all around. And 40 series tires on 20" wheels is too small. That's over an inch smaller than OEM size. I run 40 series tires on my 20"s, but my FX is slammed and I run very aggressive offsets so it's for clearance. If you run 40 series tires at OEM height, your wheel gap will be huge. 50 series is OEM on 20"s.

Second that on the width...especially if you intend to go BBK. I'd suggest minimum 10", 10.5" is better. Go with +40 backspace and you should be ok, depending on wheel design. Fronts would be flush, rears would sit in about 5mm (easy hubcentric spacer fix). Good luck!

Just to clarify, I'm contemplating a square set up 22x10 (or 10.5) just want to make sure I clear BBK and come as flush as possible without rubbing. I'm lowered on H&R
Should I be going with a +35 offset?

What wheel? What brakes? Depending on wheel spoke design, it may or may not clear. Concave wheels may not clear at +35. My +35 wheels didn't clear the FX50 calipers in front. It needed another 1-2mm or so. The spoke brushed the caliper and wore down the edge until I put spacers on.

Offsets alone doesn't specify the BBK clearance. It's in the X-factor of the wheels which includes the design and offsets all together. Different BBK varies greatly, so that's another factor.
