Need help noticing damages

Okay so as you know I just bought my FX35 2 weeks ago. I bought from Infiniti Thousand Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA. It is a black car and I bought it little towards night time so I didnt really notice but I am noticing damages. Like there are two straight line cracks on each side of the bumper and I found out the rear bumper was repainted. The dude there told me there were no damages or accidents. Is there anything I can do to these guys!?
Make them some how repair it ? legal ways? Thanks for the help!:tup:
 
Car fax report? Check it out and if they lied, return the FX, or at least that is what I would do. If that does not work, make a lot of noise.

yes obviously, car fax says no accidents but that can still mean there were damages done. any suggestions how i should approach this problem?
 
Did you sign an "As-Is" paper? If that paper was included, you can't do much after you sign it. Google "How to buy used car" and you can get more info on some legal actions you can take after purchasing. But like the other members said, unless the carfax that you have shows something that doesn't show on theirs, or they have a program where you can return the car (usually you have to pay an extra $500 for this option), it doesn't seem like you have much of "legal" actions that you can take. If you have a nice salesperson, they may be willing to work something out. Let us know how it works out.
