Need advise on Wheels I want to purchase

255 it a too skinny to my liking, but it will work. Need to know the offset of the wheels to determine if the wheel will flush or tuck in at the wheel well. With 24", you definitely need to roll the fender if you're lowered; otherwise, your tires will be cut. Unless the offset tucks it in, but then it will not look good.

I'm glad Andy weighed in on this as his ride is probably the best example of 24's on a 1st gen IMO. Most 24's work fine on 2nd gen's due to the more aggressive wheel well structure but the 1st gens are most often better suited for 22's (again IMO only). Andy's fitment works perfectly, you can take notes on how his W/T set-up was planned out.

If he's a good friend, go over and slap one on the front and rear and see how they look. 24's for me are too big on, well really, anything. They tend to look cartoonish especially on a vehicle with a shorter wheelbase like the FX.

Here are some links if you would like to educate yourself on what offset is and how to measure for your vehcile:

The second link has a video explaining it a bit.

Offset is the one of the most important factors in determining whether a wheel fits.

You can run all the numbers but if you can mount them, even if its just one in the front, you'll know instantly not only if they work, but if the offset looks good.

Tires seem thin/narrow.
