Nav traffic not available for 2009?

What's going on, I recently bought a 09 FX35, to the point. I have th e Nav package, and I subscribe to XM satellite my question is when I the Nav Traffic button it says "subscribe service needed" or something like that, so ok I call XM. They say well sir according to your VIN it's not available for your car. What? It's an 09, and has the option for Nav Traffic on my Navi. My question is, has anyone come across this problem? If so please advice. And is there anything else I can do? Thanks
 
Nav traffic works great in my 09. Don't remember what I pay but it's relatively cheap. I had it added when I transferred my XM service to my FX.

Call XM back and ask for someone with a brain stem.
 
I don't have an 09 but the XM website says that the 09 supports the NavTraffic! I have only the trial XM on my 10 but unfortunately the free trial package does not include the NavTraffic.
