My fx45 starts to open and close when im next to it. Battery change remote?

My car starts to open end close it self without touching the remote...can it be time to change battery? And is it no problem to just remove the battery and change it to a new? Immobilazer code etc etc?

I wonder if the button on the handle is having issues and it only shows itself when the smart key is nearby?

Not sure if battery is cause of problems. When my remote batteries died, they just stopped working, no weird symptoms. But the battery change is easy, no codes that I know of. I just bought new batteries and swapped them. No programming.
