My FX got Hurt - Slightly

Dumb ass truck kicked over a huge plywood and it thankfully only hit the bottom of my car instead of raping my car's bumper. However, it did partially destroy the plastic piece at the bottom that you have to remove for oil change... What is this piece called and how much can i get this thing replace for?
