My car just hit a milestone.

No probs so far. Brake pads have excellent durability (I'm on my second set with original rotors). I've had to clean my throttle bodies and air flow meters twice. (I use K&Ns, hence they get dirty). Transmission is what it is.

Had the charcoal cannister, gas cap and evap solenoid replaced under warranty. Apparently there was a TSB for this. Something about revised design of some of the mentioned parts.

Oh, a small rattle has developed somewhere behind the center stack area. Only shows its ugly head when the car is going over slightly bumpy roads.

Nice to hear! I'm still on my original pads at 29K.

What's a charcoal canister? And what happened with yours? There was a TSB on that evap solenoid thing too by the way. I came across that on the TSB website.

Its part of the evap system. It recovers the fuel vapors. I had a MIL on at some point and they ended up doing the evap, charcoal canister and fuel cap all on the same ticket.

Oh how many miles did that happen at?
