My 2008 FX35

Hi Everyone,

I'm the original owner of my 2008 FX35. I've made numerous repairs, but today I ran into an issue that I'm not sure how to go about and thought I could get some help in some of the existing threads that somewhat deal with the issue I'm having. I look forward to interacting with the members of this forum and provide any help I can.

Hi gto, turns out that I have a broken trace on the Front Brake Solenoid (FBS) in the TCM of my FX35. I just now removed it from the valve body and saw it after removing the plastic cover. I do have a couple questions though. After removing the cover, I found this small rubber piece on the floor, and I have no idea if it came from the TCM or it's from the valve body. Any idea? It looks the same on both sides. For my second question, I bought a new ATP FBS from Rockauto just in case the solenoid was bad. Since the issue appears to be related to a broken trace on the TCM should I keep the old solenoid or put in the new one. If anyone else wants to jump in, I'd love to hear from you too. Thanks!
